Dr. Michael Naughton:  After graduating from OHSU School of Dentistry in 1989, Dr. Naughton spent 3 years in the US Navy Dental Corps as a general dentist.  Dr. Naughton moved back to his hometown of Portland, Oregon with his wife, Ann in 1992 and began private practice at his current location in NE Portland.  Dr. Naughton enjoys volunteering for various dental and community groups, spending time with his wife and four children, reading, coaching youth sports, and numerous outdoor activities including golf, skiing, hiking and camping.

 Jean Heuer:  Jean started out as a clinical assistant for Dr. Richard Naughton and moved up to the front office to take over administrative duties in 1995.  Her knowledge of both areas of the practice is an asset to the dental team and the patients.  Jean is married and has one son.  She is an accomplished equestrienne who enjoys her two horses, gardening and the shooting sports.

Sandy Neelands:  Sandy takes personal interest in helping you, the patient to feel comfortable and welcome when visiting our office.  She enjoys spending time getting to know each patient and assisting with scheduling and insurance billing. 

Sandy has worked both clinical and administrative sides of dentistry with over 24 years of experience.  She and her husband have two college age children and she enjoys the outdoors, traveling and entering local running events.

 Heather Bender:  Heather is the wife of an emergency responder and the mother of two beautiful children.  She is also, a Sunday school teacher for children ages 4-6.  Heather prides herself on individual care in a setting that most people find comfortable.

 Carol Cannon:  Carol graduated from the PCC Dental Hygiene program in 1991 and has been working with Dr. Naughton for over 10 years.  She enjoys personal interaction with her patients while providing quality care, individualized for each patient.  She loves her dog, Hank, gardening and playing music with good friends.

 Pam Gregory:  Pam has been a staff member for over 16 years as a sterile technician/assistant.  She enjoys her family, friends and husband of 32 years.  She has an interest in music, photography, gardening and activities with exercise. 

 Angela Heath:  Born and raised in Oregon, Angela enjoys the outdoor life.  Hiking, running and horseback riding are some of her pastimes. She values spending time with family and friends.  Angela has been a member of Dr. Naughton's office for the past 9 years and has worked in the dental profession as a dental assistant for the past 18 years.
